How do you load and save actions in photoshop beta? I can see a "quick actions" panel but no "actions" panel to import actions or create actions.

At this point there are not Actions like there are in Ps desktop. If this is something you would like to see, we can move this post over to the ideas section and the more customers that agree and vote for it can help the team as they pick future improvements.
