Restore Session and/or Projects Tab (like Adobe Flash)

Hello,
I think it would be great if a "restore session on start" feature were added, just like in web browsers.

I tried implementing this using JSX (PhotoshopSessionManager), but it would be ideal if it were available natively across all applications.
