Revamp Displace Filter

The Displace filter is extremely useful, but the methodology and interface feel super clunky and outdated.

Having to create and reference an entirely separate PSD for the displacement map feels needlessly tedious and convoluted. There are already several other filters and effects in Photoshop that allow you to reference a layer (or layer mask) within the document, and Displace would greatly benefit from the same. This would help to streamline things and keep everything self-contained.

Some kind of live preview would also be extremely useful, so we can avoid the endless trial and error that comes with the current version. Maybe even add a slider to adjust the fidelity of the map, similar to what happens when you blur the map currently.
