I request to add feature of spell check while typing in photoshop, illustrator, indesign etc. This may make the apps a little more bulkier, but this will free the users from consulting other dictionary programmes. So, it will be worth it!

Each Adobe application has its own team as well as a separate forum. This is the Photoshop forum and Ged had given you the correct answer for how spell check works in Photoshop, which has limited settings for type because at its core it is an image editor and is not meant for large amounts of text.

InDesign has the strongest settings for type, including using spell check while typing, which you asked about. It can be enabled by going to Edit menu > Spelling > Dynamic Spelling.
