Stamp active layer & below

Working with multi-layered documents, I often need this.

Certainly, we can use an existing command "Stamp visible layers" (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E).

BUT we have to turn off the visibility of all the layers above... and then turn them on again. It's a bit time consuming, esp. if we've got many layers and not all of them should be on (so we can't just click once and move the cursor up or down along all the eyes icons).
