STOP OVERRIDING MY SAVE AS PREFS

I HATE HATE HATE that your updates cause my files to save to the cloud when I have set my prefs to my computer.

Thanks for your reply. No, I use the desktop version of Photoshop, but when I saved a file it defaulted to the Cloud, although previously I had checked the prompt to save it to my computer and to not ask me again.

Hi @thomabms we want to make sure we understand your issue so we can address it correctly.  You have selected Web as a topic so we are thinking you are talking about Ps web beta, is this correct?

 

For Ps web to work, the files must be saved to the cloud, hence why they have a .psdc extension meaning cloud.  Once they are saved in the cloud, you can download to your desktop Ps and save it locally wherever you would like, but to use Ps web they must be saved this way to make them available on both the web and desktop or ipad...
