Support the OKLCH colorspace

OKLCH (a cylindrical representation of the OKLAB colorspace) brings true perceptual uniformity, consistent lightness across hues, predictable color relationships, and device independence with wide gamut support. It is included in the CSS Color Module Level 4 spec, already has wide support across browsers, and naturally pairs with the Accessible Perceptual Contrast Algorithm (APCA) that forms the basis of WCAG 3.0 guidelines for accessible color contrast. Adobe should support OKLCH as a first-class citizen of its color management tools—including swatches and color pickers—across all its applications.
