Thumbnails on Open Documents

Sometimes You have a few open documents at the same time arranged in tabs.

I would like a small thumbnail to appear when you hover over the tab to show you the contents of the document. It would make it so much easier to find the document you need.

Also in “Open Recent” and in the “Window Menu” List
