To make toggle adjustment layers easier(double click to one click)

Currently: if i have some adjustment layer(cuver, level something), use minimize tab, auto collapse lconic panel, it's really clean and simple.

But if need to edit value, i have to "double click" adjusetment layer. it's not big deal when use mouse. However using wacom tablet, Sometimes double-clicks aren't good. I want you to make an option to open it with one click or double click like we use a smartphone or ipad thing.

    Actually it's good idea. It would be a very nice experience if could open the adjustment layer at once when work with Wacom and stylus on a PC, just like targeting a tablet or a tab book. Of course, there are some users who don't want it, so it would be nice if you could turn the options on and off.
