Tool Galery blur effects

Hello,

I use often the blur on a path in the galery blur effect. When the window is open I must do the  shortcut ⌘H to show the path, and this arrow is always in the center of the picture. 

The improvements of this tool :

• show always the path when the window open

• the path in the center of the selection (not of the center of the picture) and perhaps at a preview place

• drawing a path like in Illustrator or Photoshop (beziers type)
