Urgent: Generative Credit System Needs Improvement

Hi,

I want to point out how absurd the current generative credit system is.
We pay for a monthly plan (for example, 7,000 credits) thinking it will last the whole month… but in reality, the credits disappear in one or two days, even with simple retouches.

Every small generation uses a huge number of credits with zero transparency, and we constantly get blocked in the middle of our work. Then we’re told to buy another subscription just to keep using the tools — even though we’re already paying for one. This is not okay.

On top of that, the only higher option available is 221€ per month, which is extremely expensive, and it’s honestly unreasonable that there is no alternative between 33€ and 221€. How are users supposed to work properly with such a gap?

Adobe really needs to rethink this system: more transparency, reasonable credit consumption, and the ability to buy proper top-ups instead of being forced into new monthly plans.

Right now, we pay for a month… but we only get a few days of real use. It’s frustrating and honestly unacceptable.

Here you'll find the appropriate infos which AI function consumes how much credits.

Generative credits FAQ

Partner models in Adobe products

The usage of the partner models costs sometimes a lot of credits.

You should consider whether you could save credits by changing your way of working.

Please note that AI functions require a significant amount of computing power. And that, of course, needs to be financed somehow.
