When copying (layers, masks, etc.) in the Photoshop layer palette, allow the use of Alt/Option after the mouse drag has started.

In Explorer or Finder when I drag a file, I can start dragging a file, then hold down CMD/OPT/CTRL/ALT to get options for creating a shortcut/alias or for moving/copying a file.

Photoshop is inconsistent with this behavior. To copy a layer or layer style or mask, I must hold alt/opt key while starting a click-drag. This makes it less discoverable, especially if you don't know which modifier key to hold down. Windows explorer uses Ctrl to copy a file, while Photoshop uses Alt to copy a layer.

I know the Photoshop behavior now but I used to be confused about it because I was used to the OS behavior.
