Why can't low-income aspiring artists get an old version of photoshop (C4 or C3) with a royalty?

Hi.

Adobe has many older versions of Photoshop. Could it consider releasing an older version, like Photoshop CS4 or CS3, with a 5% royalty fee?

This could be a win-win for both Adobe and aspiring artists who cannot afford the current $58 per month subscription. The royalty payments would provide revenue for Adobe, while making Photoshop more accessible to artists in low-income countries.

Many aspiring artists living in low-income countries face significant barriers due to the high cost of software like Photoshop. Making older versions affordable could empower their creativity and support their growth.

I know my suggestion is unlikely to happen, so I guess poor aspiring artists should find new aspirations.

Thanks

@aspiringartist100 the Photography Plan price that I posted is not a temporary/Black Friday price, it's been like that since the Creative Cloud started many years ago

The Black Friday deal is for all apps

@aspiringartist100 the Photography Plan is only €12.99/month, have you tried doing a Google search for Photoshop alternatives both free and paid for
