Windows 10 Night Light "Warm Colours" as a filter in Photoshop

Basically, I use this feature in windows 10 on 80% Strength and I wanted to use the exact filter settings in photoshop. I don't want similar, I want the exact settings Windows 10 has used to create the filter.

So, I was going to create a new plugin just for myself but thought others may use it as well.

first I tried to see if it has been done before, no.
then I tried searching in windows for any possible related file and found a "warmup.dll"
in C:\Windows\WinSxS then clicking on the folder  wow64_microsoft-windows-iis-appwarmup

Otherwise, could photoshop just ask Microsoft nicley to use it?

    Not the display settings. The settings of the warmer filter it uses in specifics.

      If you want a warmer display, you calibrate your monitor to a warmer white point, like e.g. 6000K instead of the common 6500K. You do this in your calibrator.

       

      A Photoshop filter is something entirely different. That alters the actual document numbers.
