1:1 square and 9:16 portrait resolutions from Decklink Playout card

When playing back 1:1 square and 9:16 portrait resolutions from a Blackmagic Decklink Playout card, no output is available since it is not a Broadcast format.

However. If you in Premiere under: Edit > Playback > Settings choose "scale down", you get a horizontally stretched output, but an output none the less.

No monitor that I know off, can de-squeeze these resolutions, so it isn't really that usefull though.

Question:

Would it be possible for Premiere Mercury Transmit to output non-broadcast formats in pixel-to-pixel centered on a 16:9 raster, so that Playout-cards could be used for SoMe formats?
