Ability to assign a persistent Motion Graphics Template Media folder within a project

Allow us to assign a persistent target folder within the Project panel for .mogrts similar to Solids Folder in AE.

Currently whenever you import a .mogrt from a library, a “Motion Graphics Template Media” folder is created at the top level of the Project panel. If you reorganize those files, rename/move the folder, or delete the folder and then import another .mogrt, the Motion Graphics Template Media is recreated at the top level again.
