Just like After Effects, when you Create a new sequence from multiple clips, premiere should offer the option to either:
A) Single sequence with all selected clips (current functionality)
B) One sequence per clip (requested functionality)

Create the sequences in After Effects using the create multiple compositions function, then export a Premiere project. Done.

Hope that helps.

I need this! Converting a couple hundred photoshop files into titles that go at the beginning of each sequence would save me a lot of time.

How is it possible this does not exist!

Need this so much when treating multiple clips for effects that don't stack nicely or that work better prerendered.
E.g. When getting footage ready for use with effects like denoising, stabilizing, grading, resizing, speed changes, etc., you might have to render it out in passes, then do this process multiple times (especially when working with high-res footage - like 4k, 6k, 8k).
I currently have to do this for 120 shots.

Please enable batch sequence creation from multiple clips!!!
