Ability to fullscreen popped out panels

When using premiere pro I can snap the main window to the screen as is normal in windows, but any popped out panels I have on other monitors (I use three) must be manually corner-dragged to fit the screen they are on. This is a pain.

Ideally each window would act as a window in windows (:p), and snap/move/fullscreen the same as any other app. This would also stop panels getting lost in the ether between screens when moving between setups.
