Accessibility issue : The scrollbar function disappears when zooming in on the video.

Hello, I am in a state of complete paralysis due to a traffic accident. I cannot use my body below the neck. Therefore, I am editing videos with the help of a special mouse. Because of the [Headmouse link removed]  feature, I do not have a scroll wheel and can only use left-click and right-click functions. A scrollbar is absolutely necessary to move to areas outside the frame that are not visible. For healthy individuals, the changed interface may seem simple and visually appealing. However, for disabled persons like me, using a scroll wheel is not possible. Therefore, a scrollbar is an essential feature.
