"Add Adjustment Layer" should have a title change text input in the settings box.

This box is the Adjustment Layer box you get when you try adding an adjustment layer to your project. There is no text input for a title or a change of title. If you want to add multiple adjustment layers (like for R709, LUT, Transform like I always do) you have to add 3 adjustment layers, and every single time click, select, erase, add title, and click then next.

Most Adjustment Layers are not modified in this box before being added to the project panel; but what is always adjusted is the title of the adjustment layer. Moving that title step into the settings box will streamline workflow.
