Add Adobe Spectrum User Interface

Hello everyone, I have always noticed that Adobe programs on a PC run much smoother on a MAC.

But with the latest update to After Effects, the interface just started to fly and the design itself is very modern and pleasing to the eye.

It would be cool to see this in the new version of Adobe Premiere Pro
