Add Direct Warp Stabilizer Shortcut + Make It Work Without Nesting

Idea:

Please add a direct Warp Stabilizer shortcut in Premiere Pro.

Right now users must search for “Warp Stabilizer” in the Effects panel and drag it every time. There should be:

1. A direct button/action in the Effects panel (like pressing one key, for example A) to instantly apply Warp Stabilizer to the selected clip.

2. Most importantly — Warp Stabilizer should work without requiring nesting when speed/duration changes are applied.

   It’s 2025 and this limitation still slows down workflow unnecessarily.

For fast-paced editing (especially weddings, events, handheld shots), this wastes a lot of time. A one-click or one-key stabilization option would significantly speed up the editing process.
