Add keyboard shortcuts for preconfiguration

It would help a lot of people if you could assign a keyboard shortcut to a pre-configuration or effect in the "effects" tab.
It would also have to work for user-created preconfigurations.
This would make it possible, for example, to stabilize a rush with a single keystroke.
