Add keywords for Adobe Stock in Premiere Pro ?

Hey, 

where and how do i add the "keywords" in Adobe Premiere? 

I added a Metadate line for tags but after the upload the tags do not show up. 

Any Way this can be added in the App? 

This would be very helpfull. 

Is there any documentation for this?
