Add Mouse Hold for Working with Keyframes and Tracks in Premiere Pro Like in After Effects

In Premiere Pro, holding the mouse while moving across keyframes or tracks doesn't affect all elements at once. It would be convenient if this feature worked like in After Effects, allowing multiple keyframes and tracks to be adjusted simultaneously, including toggling track mute and sync lock.
