add option for selection tools to grab timeline markers

I would love an option for selection tools to grab timeline markers.

This way timeline markers could be lassoed along with clips or included in a selection when using the track select tools so that the timeline markers move in sync with clips. This works well with ripple edits thanks to the "Ripple Sequence Markers" option, but not when simply grabbing and moving groups of clips, or using track select tools to move large sections of timeline.
