Add "Playback Speed Changer"

Hi there. I edit all the time on Premiere Pro, and I'm writing to you to ask if in a future update, you can add  "Add" like the one YouTube uses on their videos... Exp: 1x, 1,25x, 1.5x, etc. That is a very useful editing tool other apps have except Premiere Pro. Now a days most Apps, even Cellphones apps have that feature.

I hope this idea help me and others.
