Add "Scale" Metadata to Sequence Index window

The Sequence Index window is a great addition to Premiere, thank you for that innovation. 

However, the reason I found out about it was because I was looking for a way to identify all clips in my sequence that I had scaled past 100%, so that I could upres them specifically to maintain quality.

However, I was sad not to see this as an option.

I think it would be very useful for productions. Thanks for your consideration
