Add shutter angle to the clip motion settings so that there's no need to use transform effect for that purpose

If I want to create motion blur for animations inside Premiere, I need to use the transform effect to add shutter angle. I'm sure that shutter angle could be added to the motion settings that are there by default on every clip. This would make the workflow a little bit faster.
