Does Adobe plan to add the Hebrew language
To the list of languages that can be transcribed?

The workflow will improve on several levels when it will be possible to transcribe in Hebrew

That would be great, there are people who notice there is no Hebrew automatic transcript and they are taking advantage of this, basically stealing money from people around 199 usd for 999 mins of transcripts, this is absolutely absurd me and my brother have been your customers since 2017, please fix it. There are thousands of Israeli users that wish to have this.
