Please include a skin filter in effects, so that when I film old professors, they are not depressed when they watch their videos. There is only so much that lighting can do. Also, if you can include in that filter a way to tweak skin tone and remove green spill from faces, that would be amazing.

I have both Beauty Box & Cosmo. Both work, tend to do differently on any particular image. I don't need a lot but of course, when I do, you want it non-apparent.

I normally go for Beauty Box first, thanks Jim at DigitalAnarchy!

Having some tools for what's called a "beauty pass" directly in Premiere Pro would be great.  I upvoted this.

We can send clips to After Effects to track facial fetures and then do a beauty pass with the native plug-ins, but third-party plugins like Beauty Box by Digital Anarchy for Premiere Pro and After Effects, Maxon Red Giant Cozmo for Premiere Pro and After Effects, and BorisFX Beauty Studio for Premiere Pro and After Effects are each well known options that directly handle this need.  Each has a trial version so we can install and compare which one might best fit out use case.

As far as tweaking skin tone and removing green spill goes, we have Lumitri Color in Premiere Pro and After Effects for skin tones and in After Effects we have Effect > Keying > Advanced Spill Suppressor for spill.  Also in After Effects is Keylight that has color suppression options as part of the finish steps for keying with that effect.
