Adobe premium memory running low first, then bugging, then files now offline

So tired of Adobe Premiere Pro. First it tells me memory low, I go everywhere to try to find a solution. Now I maybe managed to change it everything bugs, cannot start anything or do anything. Now trying to encode the video it doesn't work. Now all the videos are offline. So stupid, I'm tired of this,
