AI Remove Spot and Clone Tool

For the sake of all that is Good and Holy on this Earth, please add SOMETHING that replaces the Dust and Scratches Tool in Premiere. With as many tools as you all have created in Photoshop and Lightroom, I cannont, for the life of me, understand why there isn’t some tool currently available that can easily hide / remove a dust spot from a video clip in Premiere. 

Please. Help us.

      a manual clone tool combined with a tracker and AI support would be my preferred choice. kind of like how AI masks, tracker and pen tool masks all work together currently. Just please for the love of god add a clone tool into the mix. For years I have had to spend tons of time fixing objects and crew in frame, mic packs in frame, dead pixels, dandruff on and on. Looping back and for the between premiere and AE seems antiquated for a function editors have to perform on the regular. There are some great Ae plugins, but nothing native to premiere. Integrating a good manual/ Ai supported cloning tool plugin would be a god send.

      We need a context aware AI spot removal tool like in Lightroom/Photoshop that works with tracking. But I would prefer to have it in After Effects.
