Allow AI Assistant or user to create "track header labels" in a blank or filled sequence or in a sequence preset

With the new track header labels - sine they can fill the full tracks (individually) how about allowing the user to create sequence pretests that add track headers labels to the preset. so that an Assistant Editor can make customized color coded sequence presets. AND/or enable the new AI assistant to do it stand alone based on prompts 

 have an AI generated mock up below- this would also enable more options for the video tracks loin the audio tracks have - with preset track names etc.
