Allow Drag-Select with Ripple Edit Tool

I never noticed that preference. I'll have to try it out for a while. Thanks! Still wouldn't mind being able to drag-select clips with more tools than the Selection tool. I realize clicking V isn't the worst inconvenience in the world though.

There's a Preference for allowing the tool to change without keyboard modifiers ... I think in the Trim sub-tab. Have you tried that?

If that is set on, you get standard, ripple or roll depending on where the cursor is compared to the edit point when you click. Very handy.
