Allow Option for Split Encoding for Faster Exports of Videos

In recent years, new releases of graphics cards have included more than one encoder for significantly enhanced performance when writing video files. For instance, the NVIDIA RTX 40 series cards have two NVENC encoders while the RTX 50 series have three.

What it allows for is the ability to divide the encoding task into multiple segments for each encoder to perform simultaneously.

This process is called "Split Encoding" and this allows for much faster exports of videos in less time than them being done on a single encoding process, which is what both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder currently do at the moment.

I strongly believe many video editors can benefit a lot from Adobe implementing Split Encoding. Export times can be greatly reduced without compromising on quality and save a lot of time for quick turnaround projects.

Competing video editing platforms, namely DaVinci Resolve, have support for it. I feel Premiere Pro and Media Encoder can greatly benefit from it as well.

Thanks for your suggestion! This is something we have been discussing internally.
