Allow us to send Adobe Sign with 2 participant signatures that either can fill in basic text box information.

We send so many permission forms as every non-textbook material, every club, and every performance or trip requires through law that parents sign. Using Adobe Sign has streamlined this process with today’s tech-savvy parents and no lost, forgotten, or crumpled paper forms. However, when we have 2 parents for each child, we can assign the separate signature lines but we don’t want to send in specific signing order (we never know who will see it first plus district policy is to try to get both but require only 1 and no specific objection for student to participate), nor do we want to assign the student name text box to only 1 parent….if the 2nd participant signs the form but participant 1 doesn’t (current usage that is who we assign it to by forced message from Adobe when it is marked “any participant” --- won’t send and says we must assign --- This ends up with many forms with no student names attached and we have to try and match up emails and signatures and parent names that don’t match children’s names….time we teachers do not have!! Please help make this daily task to hundreds of students weekly be one of our more efficient and effective tools to meet the ever-growing paperwork part of our job! Otherwise this is a truly hidden gem for gathering signatures!
