Allow us to use the "Move playhead to cursor" keyboard shortcut to move the playhead within the effects control panel.

Would be great to allow users to access the "Move playhead to cursor" shortcut in order to move the playhead within the effects controls panels. Currently, you have to click and drag this small sliver of the timeline to move the playhead, rather than just using the "Move playhead to cursor" shortcut to freely move the playhead around within this window.
