Allow user to enable/disable audio waveforms on a per track basis instead of globally in a sequence

In many cases, I don't need to see all of the audio waveforms simultaneously. It would be much more useful if we could enable waveforms on a per track basis. This would help alleviate some lag when dealing with multiple audio tracks in a sequence as the software wouldn't have to draw and buffer waveforms that were not relevant to the user. 

For example, if I am working on a music track, I don't need the audio waveforms for my other tracks at that time. 

Avid Media Composer implemented per track waveforms some time ago and it's extremely useful.
