Allow users to toggle features, removing overhead and clutter

For this feature request, I am inspired by Blender. It has many niche features that can be useful, but are disabled by default. You can go into the program's settings, and toggle them on and off in the form of Addons.

I feel like Adobe products in general could benefit from something like this immensely. I do not wish for Premiere to put computing power towards scanning my audio for speakers, I do not ever use any of the default effect presets, I do not ever use any of the libraries, I do not ever use markers. These are things that get in my way when they show up in searches, in menues, in my day-to-day life.

Give me greater control to customize Premiere Pro on my machine and I will be a significantly happier user.
