Annoying extra mouse click when creating static transcript

I'm using Premiere Pro 2024 (I haven´t tested 2025 yet) and sometimes I need to make a static transcript of a text, either in english or spanish. When I click the options for the static transcript all languages, even those not installed, appear in alphabetical order. When I need to create a transcript in spanish I'm forced to scroll down the list, with an unnecessary extra click of the mouse. I think the languages installed should appear first, (as they´re the ones I'm prone to use) and only then the languages not installed. It'll save the extra click of the scroll. I really don't need to see the all the chinese install options when I'm usually looking for the spanish option.
