Assign the dip to white shortcut to the new fx instead of the legacy one.

You can assign a shortcut to the ‘Apply Video Dip To White Transition’. But this is applying the old legacy transition. It would be nice if it was applying the new Dip To White with more option instead.

      There is no Apple Video dip-to-white (3rd party?) transition in Premiere, nor can one assign shortcuts to effects or transitions.

      However you can set your desired transition as the default transition.

      Right-click on your transition in the Effects panel and Set Selected as default transition.
