Audio auto tag default OFF

Please turn set Audio auto tagging to OFF in the Preferences.

Re-installing or resetting preferences or whatever and boom its on. Big Pita.

Why do we need two places to control this feature.

Preferences and Ess Sound Panel. The latter is more than sufficient.
