Audio Level bezier curves are destroyed when closing and opening a project

When I apply a bezier curve to an audio level keyframe, when I close and then reopen my project, my audio curves have been stretched into the stratosphere, ruining my music edit. This has been happening for several years, over many versions of the software. It is noted by both PC and Mac users on the Adobe forums. See screen grabs below for before and after.

    I've had this same issue a bunch of times, and the glitch seems to be triggered when I export, so I often miss it, and deliver a video to my client where the audio either ramps up to the point where it's massively clipping, or nosedives into silence. It's an incredibly annoying bug they need to fix ASAP.
