Auto-detect log to be a sequence setting rather than an global setting

Auto-detecting log video color space is a great feature.

However, if I enable this feature in a new project and simultaneously open an old project, the log cuts with LUT in the old project will appear disorganized, forcing me to remove Lumetri with LUTs manually or turn off this feature temporally  

It would be helpful if this feature could be applied on a per-sequence or per-project basis, rather than as a global setting."
