(Auto) Rotate Footage for Vertical Video

It would be nice if adobe considered the popularity of vertical video editing workflows for mobile users when editing in premiere and changed some of the 'effect controls' to be more toggle and button based. The list style of things being hidden or dilaed in with digits by 'effect controls' is archeaic and it would be nice if there was a library of solutions that can easily be clicked or used to apply various effects or functions such as 'rotate' or 'auto position', or share/export for short mobile videos with the best settings already ingraned in the export process.
