Automatic beat detection in Premiere. We need something like Beat Edit but built into the desktop version. This seems like a no brainer and something that's been a long time coming.

Please add a tool to automatically detect beats in music and add markers to the timeline. Looking for something similar to what Beat Edit does, but built into Premiere. This let’s the video editor make sure cuts happen right on the beats. I’m really surprised Premiere has not added this yet. Seems like such a useful time saver for social video editing.

Hey @Fergus H You want to merge this topic into the other posts too? Might as well right? Nothing’s being done so might as well throw them all into the same forum post. I can’t imagine why so many users are constantly trying to post new threads as if their voices aren’t being heard. It’s not like the original thread has over 20,000 views or anything.
