Automatic slate metadata

What if there was an effect similar to "Metadata & Timecode Burn-In" that auto-populated a slate at the beginning of a sequence for export? Some metadata that might be helpful to auto-populate would include:

- Project Name

- Sequence Name

- TRT

- Date of export

It'd also be nice to be able to easily include graphic elements like logos.
