automatically close previous sequence when duplicating a sequence

At various jobs, we'll duplicate a previous version of a cut (ex. v1), and rename it with the new version # (ex. v2). However, so many times, myself and others have ended up editing in the v1 sequence because it's open in the Timeline panel, whereas our new version is still closed.

Is it possible to add a "Duplicate Sequence with new version number" type command that:

- Duplicates the sequence

- CLOSES THE OLD SEQUENCE

- OPENS THE NEW SEQUENCE

- Prompts to rename the duplicated sequence (some jobs have their version number in the middle of the sequence name, so may not be easy to auto renumber)

It'd probably be a good idea to leave it up to the editor to move the old sequence into a z_Old folder so they don't later claim, "It disappeared on me."
