Backtime paste clips on the timeline

In Premiere Pro, when you copy and paste a clip on the timeline, it effectively performs an overwrite edit based on the in point. I'd like to suggest a backtime paste command, so when you copy and paste it does an overwrite backtime edit paste instead. Much like how we have paste insert.

For example I would use this alot when it comes to using lot of same sound effects over and over again on the timeline, that I can paste either based as Overwrite edit from In point but also from the Out Point as well.

I know its possible to do this with Match Frame and then just do an Overwrite backtime edit but I think that takes too many actions to do and feel it would be possible for it to be implemented with a Backtime Paste as I would call it.
